Studio Space
The L.A. Fort offers private and semi-private multi-use work space studios for artists and creative entrepreneurs, utilizing donated and reclaimed materials with volunteer labor from our membership and the community, we keep down the cost of development and rental fees
Studio sizes range from 80 - 500 sq.ft from $200 - $600 per month, Utilities + Membership Fee included with 24 hour access, bathrooms & wireless internet
We ask individuals interested in utilizing work space studios to volunteer 10 hours per month which can be done by helping maintain the space, performing, participating, and contributing to The L.A. Fort events, programs, services, meetings or assisting in administrative needs. We need your help in creating a space to cultivate the arts.

1st Months Rent
$75 Security Deposit
Four Month Lease
No Amplified Music
